The Science and Technology Park of Liguria is a Company Consortium founded the 19th July 1966. The founders are Liguria Region, University of Genoa and the Union of Ligurian Chambers of Commerce. From the 30th July 2001 the Association of Industry of the province of Genoa and Savona joined the PSTL.
The 3rd of June 2002 the Board of Directors elects Prof. Pietro Canepa the new president of PSTL.
